The grip is a HorusBennu grip attached to a Manfrotto 200PL style quick
release plate, a special plate made by HorusBennu for their grips. It
allows you to use the camera, with the grip attached, on a Manfrotto
RC2 Rapid Connect Adapter.
Sample pictures: You may click
on the sample image (except closest focus) for full resolution. The
full resolution image opens in a new window, so you can keep it open
for comparison. Focus is on the
satellite
dish in the center of the photo.
F 2.8.
F 8.
F 22.
Closest focus is 60cm from
outermost
edge of the lens, F 8. Focus on
the program wheel of the camera.
Wide open
picture sharpness is bad towards the edges and there colour cast. Stopped
down it gets a bit better, but even at F22 softness and colour cast don't really disappear.
I don't remember where this lens came from, maybe it was in a free lot
someone gave me. Anyway, this lens doesn't fit my camera. Exakta lenses
are normally o.k., maybe this one just doesn't mix well with a digital
sensor. The lens has no good
close
focussing
capablities.
