These lenses were made for a half frame SLR, the famous Olympus Pen F
series. The lenses are small and light, but do not cover full format.

Closest focus (F8) is less than 25cm from
outermost
edge of the lens. Focus on
the top of the camera.
As
this lens does not cover full format (unless you want a Lomo style
heavy vignetting), you have to set your camera to crop mode. Wide open
it is already very nice. It's a small and lightweight lens, the 35mm in
crop mode brings it to a moderate wide angle lens. And it's a
nice lens for the APS-C series cameras, like the A5000/6000.
