Closest focus
is only 15cm from outermost edge of the lens, F 8. Focus on the program wheel of the camera.

A very nice lens, even wide open. At F 3.5 it's wonderful for wide open. Stopped down it's very, very good in my opinion. It has good capabilities of close focussing. As nearly all Olympus lenses it's smaller and lighter than the average. It's the same size as the 24mm, but it's even lighter. Compared to other 21mm lenses, it's incredibly small. I see no diffraction at F 16.
